one of my accounts was just closed due to exploitive use of the ah

The Diablo III account associated with this Battle.net email address has been closed due to exploitive use of the Diablo III auction house, or association with other accounts participating in similar behavior. This Diablo III account and any Heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible.

Note that any open bids or auctions at the time of the account?s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account?s closure will neither be refunded nor reversed.

Any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by Account Administration in an online ticket. Customer Support is not able to investigate account actions over the phone. For more information see: http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/300515.


what is this all about? i sold 5 auctions a day + ~8 auctions with a fixed price and just GAH NO RMAH ... so is this a joke??
support won't tell me anything they just say ban was ok and they won't answer anymore
what can i do to ensure that this does not happen again?
 
It's a rare case but it happens. Did you sells items taken from your bots?
 
yea so the bot accounts directly sold there stuff

the most wicked thing is, that one of my accounts were banned last week during the ban wave, i recovered it because the account had been 'hacked'. i inserted a new e-mail changed the secret question and the account was running again (this was yesterday). i logged in for about 5min made one run by hand! and sold 10 perfect square gems ... logged out again so no botting at all ... 8 hours later the account was also banned cause of explotive use of the ah
this can only be a joke whats wrong with them ... they really ban people because they use the AH? are you kidding me?
 
the bannwave from the beginning of this month ... call it banwave or don't but many people got banned including me ...
 
It might be just me but you claimed your account was "hacked" so they probably investigated it and looked where the drops went.

Resulting in the ban of your auction account?
 
yea that might be ... but my other accounts were banned also ... they had nothing to do with each other
and i do not understand why they won't tell me what was wrong ... i understand this with third party programs but with the ah ?!
i cant follow the rules when i don't know the rules o0
 
hmmmm, maybe this is an issue when you changed the email address. your paypal email address has to match your battle.net email address im pretty sure. That's pretty ridiculous though
 
Call them demanding to talk to a manager if they get you no where.

Its not. Have one acc different emails bnat and paypal and it works.

oh yea ... thanks ... and now tell me were exactly in the TOS it is written, that you are not allowed to sell items in the AH ... thanks

they are fucking anal on certain times. you prob just got a anal ass prick that went to investiage your trades.

All of your accounts were banned for this? Were you selling perfect gems everyday?
