Demonbuddy freezing everytime I hit start.

Everything loads up fine like it should but everytime I hit start, it freezes and won't start the run. What can I do to fix this?
 
Are you loading a profile? Using plugins? Need more info. Make sure you are following the guides in the guide section, you should do that before asking for help.
 
I am loading the profile [Act 3 - Inferno] Champion Hunting 1.3.6.3. I am also using Giles Trinity 1.6.3.4 as well as RadsAtom. That is the only plugins I am using. I was using them previously with no issue but now it continually freezes when I try to start it after loading the profile. If there are any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for the help in advance.

I hope this it right. When I hit start, it just turns blue and won't initiate a run. Simply like I am holding the start button down and won't let off.

The specs are 6 GB of RAM, 620 GB of hard drive, Intel Core I5 Processor @ 2.67 Ghz, and a 64 bit OS. It ran fine before but I recently started having troubles with it.
 
Reinstall. I have had this problem before, after upgrading versions and plugins. A clean install worked for me.
