Problem with Demonbuddy. Need help.

I can't log into Demonbuddy cause it keeps giving me an error message. I was talking to someone on the support group. He had told me to run this wizard and I did it. Then they told me to enable something in programs under net framework. Please help. Thanks in advance for the help.

It keeps saying:

you might want to re-install the microsoft .net 4 and framework
