"Logging in : AUTHENTICATION FAILED!"

I jut bought this bot 10 minutes ago,

this isn't working? Can someone tell me how to fix this. Or give me a refund?
 
/ same here. New HB Update installed few min ago and the story after is, auth failures.
It hasn't anything to do personal FW etc. Even if it's completely turned off, auth. issues...
 
also gettin same message as everyone else. depressing :( especially when i just purchased the thing! :*(

Authentication server seems to be down, give the devs a few minutes to get it figured out.
 
Its not down, I say its getting over crowded and full. Since I sat my HBRelog on auto connect and it took a while to get past it I now have 3 out of 5 connected. Seems like there server cant handle the amount of users again..
 
Can Agree with others, get updatet then want to start bot New, and the same Problem, he can`t Authenticat to Server.

I am sure the Dev ware Working as well on that, not like Blizzards Grandmother Support :)
 
Servers are down now.... :( this is getting to be a habbit ...
 
it will be up when it's up. Not a make/break case, i can see how it annoys some (i wanted to finish getting herb/mining on my alts) but no biggy to do it myself.

Whouldn't worry about it to much, the bot is very good but there seems to be a problem with logging in now. Worked for me about half an hour ago untill i wanted to change something and restarted pc.. now login failed

Lets just hope it gets fixed soonish :)
 
and just gone down for me too :(

the session shows as active on buddyauth, but honorbuddy says authentication failed.
 
Had multiple problems with these 2 last updates.
Auth failure, no session, map tile null and so on.
 
Maybe they are changing the login server to work in a normal way with login and pass instead of just a key in username. That would seem abit more secure
 
Same exact same thing here looks like another one of honorbuddys down times... Maybe this time it might not last a whole week.

i'm sure they do, but for god's sake: get rid of that retarded athentification system already. it's not working and probably never will.

yeah right. the only reason why i bought a bot is, because i want "to do it myself". ever thought of people with multiple sessions?
