Bot not looting

Hi guys,

I am not sure this has been posted already but I could not find on the search.

I can't get my HB to loot anything.
I tried different tested profiles and they all work fine with the exception that the bot never loots.
It started doing this recently and it was working fine a couple of days ago.
I tried re-seting the UI and deleting the addons but it is still the same.
Is there a setting I am missing? or something else I can try?

Solved the issue.
Just deleted the HB folder and downloaded it again.
Still would be nice to know why it happens and how to fix it.

sometimes its not an honorbuddy issue, theres a lot of times where the client will actually bug out during looting and wont fix till its restarted.
