ok i just got this and have registered in your forums. When i open honorbuddy i get this after giving it my user name and password;

Honorbuddy v2.5.6441.507 started.
Logging in.....
Buddy Sessions:0/0

------

Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!
 
Username and password?
I only enter that code, that i recieved in the email in the top box, leaving the second box empty.
 
I tried that and it still gives the same answer. this is the first time i am trying to use it and nothing seems to work to open it up. oh and i didnt receive a product key just an Authentication code and that doesn't work.

I too cannot login using the key sent to me. I followed every step.
 
Already made the exception and firewall/antivirus is disabled. Still not working.

Nope, home network setup by myself. I'll investigate some more.
 
ok i tried to go to buddyauth and it told me my username or password was incorrect so i attempted to request password change and it said my email was unrecognized. same thing i get when trying to use the bot it says i am not an authorized user.

this is all that is in my log file all say the same thing except for time.

still doesnt matter what i do on the login screen it asks for a username and password i enter the authorization code i was given and it asks for a password before it will precede i enter my password and it gives me the error
 
Your key will look something like this
1A2B3C4D5E6F7G8H9I0J

to login to the honorbuddy program, you need to put your KEY as your username, with no password.

e nice if i was ever given a 'key' and was ale to go to BuddyAuth to get one. as of now i cannot login to Buddyauth to get my key. I never received a key in any email. All i received was an Authorization ID. after i Authorized my registration all i received was a welcome message with no key.
 
whats the problem with Auth portal?
 
the auth portal will not let me login using my forum id i tried to login with my forum login and it wouldnt let me so i tried to register there and it said my user id was already in use then i used a diffent id and registered and there was no key.
 
forums login info has nothing to do with auth portal info

you must register on auth portal using the same email you used in checkout page in order to be able to track your key
