MAXDPS Weight Sets FIX for all class and specs

Weight Sets based on MaxDps and same fixes like:

Hunter-Beastmastery,added expertise and Attack Power
Druid-Moonkin ,remove hit (we have spirit = hit)
Druid-Feral,removed Strength
Feral Bear Tank,removed crit,AttackPower,HasteRating
Monk-Brewmaster,removed AttackPower,ParryRating,HasteRating,crit
Monk-Windwalker,removed Strength
Paladin-Protection,added armor
Priest-Holy.added SpellPower
Warrior-Arms/Fury,added AttackPower
Warrior-Protection,removed CriticalStrikeRating
Shaman-Elemental,added Spirit
Shaman-Enhancement, removed SpellPower/Strength/Intellect
Rogue-Assasination/Combat/Subtlety,added AttackPower

it helps the bot dicide what gear is best for your class and spec ,will leveling and will equiped for u

From what I looked through the stat weights seem pretty accurate to Elitist Jerks and Icy Veins.
