hi im having problem with hb,i updated my hb aswell didnt work..i have windows 7 32bit.(tried it on windows 8 aswell didnt work).id appreciate if anyone could help

in simple words
when WoW launcher pops, click options and set it to run 32 bit mode and windowed, not fullscreen.
direct9 or 11 works that shouldn't matter so much.

tried to reinstall it?

EDIT: also make sure your not in a loading screen while HB is starting.
