Problem with Gatherbuddy

Hey all, I am not sure what is going on but I cannot alt tab out of WOW and still bot. I have to have my WOW window up to bot successfully. I really am not sure why this is happening but if anyone has advice i would appreciate it.

We don't support running with WoW minimized. You'll have to Window it and shrink the window.

Ya, I figured it out about 20 minutes ago when i was reading the other posts. One more thing, I want to upgrade my account so i can run multiple gatherbuddies?? Who do i speak with for that
