but i know its the same as go to bot downloads and honorboddy and download it from there i have that.. but i still says that stuf to me.. what should i do is there anybody whos kind to use there time to help me thanks

wow running in 32bit mode or 64bit mode, is completely different then your operating system, just follow the guide, and you will be fine.
