Possible to appear offline to battle net friends?

Is it possible to appear offline to battle net friends?
I have my main account and a botting account set up through the same battle net. My battle net friends can see me on either account. Is it possible to make it so they can't see me on my botting account?

Open windows firewall and make outbound rule to port 1119 ( port rule, tcp port)and block all traffic.allow the rule after logging in and u show up disconnected from b net. Works for eu atleast.
