I will add old HDD as data storage. This rig would cost $750 to $800 CND and would be used mainly for botting.
Is this spec good enough for 5~6 d3? I never built customized PC so some1 please educate me.

Go see a hardware forum. The best rig for 800$ you can buy will probably be the best 800$ rig for botting as well.

I can't run 4 bots on 8GB, how the hell are you doing it.

Yes I notice that. I changed to Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P AMD760G mATX AM3 AM3+ 1PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 1PCI DDR3 SATA2 DVI GBLAN Motherboard
