advice needed for new server

My buddies are starting on a different server then I play on.
I need a good leveling class (HORDE, never gone far on this side so I won't have a Fing clue)
Class, race and need something with GOOD class CC.
I have thought about druid or pally as the best for me to go with.
But heck if I know.

Yea I guess to start at 1 pally, 55 dk.
