Bot crash when trying to log in!

HB is crashing, when it is trying to log in!
I get this error (see pic.)View attachment 63075
I am btw. running Windows 8, so if this it the problem, please fix it asap!

Im having the same problem, also running win8 tried in win7 compatibility mode but didnt work

Nwm, got it to work with the prequisiteswizard

Run the wizard as admin, when its completed run hb as admin too. that did it for me

i had this problem too and i can confirm that using the prereq program and making sure it is running directx 11 that it works
if it isnt after doing this try doing a fresh install of HB
and if not after that then your doing it wrong

Well just tried that. I allways try a clean install of HB.
BUT, now it allso crashes Wow -.-View attachment 63097

yes this will happen if you havent done the prereqs or making it directx 11 also make sure it is still 32 bit
