Lifetime HB Account No Longer Working?

Hello,

I bought the bot in July of 2010 and had a lifetime key. I used the bot up until this past summer without a problem and now I wanted to use it again for Mists of Pandaria. However, when I logged into the BuddyAuth Portal it shows no keys, sessions or anything available and I cannot log into the bot either. I still have the receipt from the Paypal purchase 2 years ago if required, I just wanted to be able to use this bot again.

Alright, I finally got access to my email that I used to purchase the key. However, every time I try and log into that link you provided it says that the username or password do not match your records. So I click on the "Reset Password" link and I get the email and I reset it to a new password. But the new password never works...how can I find my username?

Anyway, any help is much appreciated...I still have the invoice number from my purchase.

I've been using this very same exact account up until this past summer when I couldn't log on with the same log on details as this forum.

then the invoice id, and the purchase date, to [email protected]
they should be able to help you recover your sessions.
