first of all we are on Hb forums (so i assume he is talking about Hb)
and also under some circumstances this can pop even if you are not in Germany
its a little glitch(on our server) that usually(99.99%) fixes itself,like magic

I used a IP-Changer because i think its caused by my ip. it dont want on my other computer and then it works and with my normal ip also :O

every bot got its own keys,so you need and Hb and a DB key
