Maybe they should update it but for now they should just get it working. I'm kinda getting a little angry with my purchase. I bought it right after MoP got out and theres been so many flaws, i can't really use it right...

it works flawlessly 99% of the time. what do you expect? a god product?

accept the fact that it's going to have an issue every now and then. i only hope this thread increases their attention on it so it may be fixed faster.

It doesn't work flawless 99% of the time. Don't you read the forums? A lot of errors has been pointed out like the missing tilemaps, the bot going afk while grinding and now this...

Atleast i expect the product i pay for.
 
Is there any official statement that they are working on the issue?

atleast the last time they had major authentication issues they announced that they are working on it
 
Some of us don't have lifetime key so this is really unfair. just a heads up
