they may not fix it? lol i've played lots of game and used many bots andof all them this is by far the bot that gave me more problems, and im sure this is by far the bot that gives moremoney.

im just letting you now that we understand that because of server issues a lot of people are having problems right now, and if you wanted a refund we wont stand in your way if you wished to acquire one from us. of course we would rather you stuck around, and enjoyed using the product you purchased, and we are more then willing to help you troubleshoot your issues, if thats what you would like.woah not the best way to keep a customer ^^
i can only help you so much, and a log is a very good start to figuring out what issues a person is having when it comes to figuring out whats going on. often a lot tells a lot more then a person could. as of right now you need to be aware there is only so much i can do, and we can have the customer do, as the server problems are out of my hands, and all we can really do is ask you to be patient while we work to resolve those issues.I much prefer that, wish i saved the link to show you I wasn't making it up that a mod posted that. But is this all really server issues?
edit* to be fair if they truly wanted to keep *all* their customers, they'd post a lot more status updates beyond the usual "wait" "give us logs" and then stop responding. The devs would be nice to hear from I mean, with *any* status update. They just are comfortable with what they've accomplished, which to be fair is a lot over the years! Can't disrespect that

from what i could gather (at least from the honorbuddy logs) is that it was keeping connections open (im no developer so this might be wrong) and after so many connections it would just get hung up.I've seen that, just am curious if that will fix it, and honestly if I kept the logs, I lost count at 53...yesterday, of the crash count between my 20 accounts. There is no point spam uploading retarded amounts of logs, instead I'm trying to patiently wait for a fix... trying my own solutions while observing the show on the forums.
A lot of it is the plugins compete with each other every few beta updates... not a big deal, disabling giles even works sometimes. Idk. Really hope the server fix changes it all! I have my doubts, but I have patience
