Ok, i've been thinking about this for quite some time, and it makes perfect sense... I SUGGEST YOU TO IMPLEMENT A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL...
It will be better for HB team, and it will be better for the customers. It will give fresh money to HB team on monthly basis, so they will be able to hire new developers or do whatever they want with it... and it will give the customers the ability to COMPLAIN. I mean... let's say my cable provider leaves me without service for a weekend... I will call them, and let them know that if they don't fix the issue, i will cancel my subscription... And they will do, because they don't want to lose me as a loyal customer (and because they want my money each month). With HB there's a problem i think... We all bought the licenses, but i feel i'm not giving the team enough money to make they worry ENOUGH about me. Since I have already paid for my licenses, they just don't care if I stay or if I go... So, basically, what I'm telling you is: I WANT TO GIVE YOU MORE MONEY, IN EXCHANGE FOR A BETTER PRODUCT. Makes sense, doesn't it?

Ok, now go ahead and close the thread, and don't forget to paste the "SERVER ISSUES - October 18" link. BUT AT LEAST THING ABOUT WHAT I SAID.

we have enough money to hire developers the problem comes in the fact that the people who we need, are in VERY short supply.

and we had a subscription based bot before, and everyone hated it. so why would we go back to that? it dosnt matter. if you wanna support us, then buy more keys thats how it works.

thread closed.
