The servers being not usable the last few weeks / months statement

It seems that with all effort put into fixing the issue, the issue gets only bigger.

And even if i say, that i am sorry, it would not really matter, because what happens is totally irresponsable. And should have never happened. But it did.

The other problem is that we are very limited with developers and times that the developers can spend on the Nav and Auth issues. And if it was easy to find more, i would have done that.

You will see the auth bugging at least few more days, do not hope that it gets better over the weekend, there is no one here to fix it over the weekend.

If you do not want to be stressed, restarting your Bot twice a hour for the next few days, please stop it. And wait until, if ever, we come with an reliable solution for that issue.

The server seems to have melted down and we can't get anyone on it for 8 hours or so. We expect we will be offline for 12 hours or so. The installation of the load balancer by end of the working day tomorrow is still on schedule and we do expect that the problems will be solved at that point.

We were only down for 30 mins or so - Raphus made a fix until we can re-write, test, and implement a new auth server.

If you have serious problem with NAV heres the solution - Turn it OFF. Or implement it so it can be run client side not server side.

I wrote a big rant about how irresponsible, unprofessional and the poor quality of Honorbuddy lately. But then i realized you guys already know that, right? RIGHT?! I love you guys, but you gotta get your shit together.
 
this suxx alot! Since MOP i always had auth problems with HB and now this -.-
to bad that there is no other solution..
 
To be honest, as a software developer myself, I do understand some of the difficulties you face. However, as you said, it is irresponsible and should not have happened. The bot basically since the patch hit has been a horrible experience. I can sum it up:

Launch HB. Auth Failed. <Click> Auth Failed. <Click>....Repeat randomly for X times... Ok sweet, I'm in, finally! <Start>. Tilemap is null. <Start> Tilemap is null. <Start> CRASH. Do you want to tell bossland about this? Tilemap is null? Yes. Enter message "FK YOU THIS IS BULLSHIT". Launch HB. Auth Failed. Click. Auth failed, click click click click, punch swear scream get pissed. Ok sweet I'm in awesome. Start. Ok loaded here we go. Boom. Bot has stopped because of ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. Well that sucks balls, <Start>. Sorry, performance is gonna suck a major ding dong because we can't attach to combat log ... a la go ahead and launch HB again (and good fkin' luck doing so...). Launch. Hey sweet it connected first try this time, awesome!! Lets load up a different profile to see if that works better. Load Profile. CRASH. Bye bye sorry wanna tell Bossland about it? Yep. FK FK FK FK FK FK FK. Launch HB again ... Same old shit ... wow look bot finally is working awesome. Oh cool combat ... WTF bot is just standing there are you kidding me??? ...Dead. Well now what? Oh I know, ok go get CLU. Sweet. Same old same old, spend 10 minutes trying to launch HB again...YAY FINALLY SUCCESS!! Bot works!! Walk walk walk ... Can't load blahblah.etm... Ain't that a bitch. Cry on the forums. Delete your HB install and your mesh folder or move it. Done, sweet. I got this. ...30 minutes later ... Ok bots doing its thing kick ass!!! ... Oh noes Bot Stopped, could not do something that you wanted it to do such as find a quest in the quest log or an item. Bah. /Manual Mode.

Straight up, that's how my botting experience has been since Mop. It has been a complete disaster and driven me to the point where I don't even want to launch the bot anymore because it pisses me off so bad to have to go through this over, and over, and over again. The developers need to be freaking focused on fixing the bot and the servers and all that shit so that the bot actually RUNS. Ok. We don't need Gatherbuddy working. BgBuddy working. Forget ArchBuddy.... Get the bot so it's freaking stable. Make it so that when you launch it, it freaking loads up and is at least ready for the next pieces (GB, BG, ARC) to fail. Then, move on and get those fixed up. It doesn't do any good working on the sub functions of the bot when the damn bot won't even load up in a stable manner. Get rid of the connection crashes. Get rid of the auth issues, then move on and start fixing the individual bot bases themselves.

It took me quite a long time to finally make this post, I have been waiting patiently for things to be fixed but quite frankly every other day 10 more issues are introduced with authentication or loading or whatever and it's just a complete menace to try and use.

Thank you for addressing the situation, but do you mean to say that just because it is the weekend that the staff stays home and does nothing and ignores the fact that the entire product is down and broken? What kind of company is this? How is this run? Not one thing has been working since the expansion was about to come out, let alone came out, yet we dealt with it. Perhaps, not as well as we should...but we hung in there. Now it is completely down and your team is out of the office...because it is the weekend? WTF? Find a new team.

I want to edit this, just to make clear that I understand correctly...if not I stand by my post. I truly hope I misunderstood what you said because I simply can not grasp how that you can just sit idly by as the product is down until Monday. If I misread that, than I apologize. If not, well...

nothing works , really nothing since mop. no archa, no gathering without probs, questing is horrible and the rest, well , lets dont talk about that. we paid for it, so do something for your money.
i dont buy something in store and wait than till its finished.

for now it locks that some who are in have no probs but others cant logg in. if you logg out from the bot, you have a problem.

and kick, sry, but to move in a new house at this time was the worst decision u made.

By the way, if you're short on developers, and need someone that knows C# extensively and knows how to manage enterprise solutions, give me a shout, I'd be more than willing to help out. I really just want to see this bot back to how it was before the patch was introduced.

i dont buy something in store and wait than till its finished.

Dude I don't know what your talking about since mop i have lvld mine+herb to 600, skinning to 600, lvld 3 toons from 85-90 (quest+grind mode), made over 150k gold from mine farming...The fact is that we are friggin getting such a big benefit for the price we have paid. I'll admit I did have to tweak the bot a little bit to get it working, but its nothing other than clicking some checkboxes and knowing how to use the bot properly. It sucks we can't login sometimes, oh well stop cheating? even if you paid for it, your still cheating.

Its not Blizzard the one thats gonna stop us from using HB, its the fact that things look worse everyday.
 
By the way, if you're short on developers, and need someone that knows C# extensively and knows how to manage enterprise solutions, give me a shout, I'd be more than willing to help out. I really just want to see this bot back to how it was before the patch was introduced.

discussion is pointless, the only thing that works, is hard work to fix the issues
