Tony for support really sucks he only knows how to say two things

I agree, the bot is not working afk?sh right now, and really hate that. We need to babysit it, and that sucks.

Imagine the people wanting to create a nice bot chain, personally a goal of 100 but with this bot I'll never be able to achieve this. Even a few bots is a bitch to handle with the never ending issues.
 
These guys have a small team and they are basically supporting the only decent D3 bot out there so it's understandable that they can't help everyone right away. The community here is solid though minus a few twats.
 
I got 8, so i know. This morning only 2 was still running, and today was a pain to keep them alive and running

You really don't get it, the problems are with the bot itself.

There is a difference when people need help getting the bot to work but this isn't the case - 99% of the time its something DB literally needs to fix.

If they would do this then support requests would be WAY WAY less.
 
ive got 3 bots running right now working flawless.

Sometimes you gotta stop talking shit and understand things that are happening to others. Some ppl's bots are running flawlessly but others are having an authentication failure every 5-10min. I had this issue since yesterday tho.. and the ONLY feedback i have received so far was to attach a log, which is highly contradicting because there is NO LOG when I can't sign into the authentication server.
 
lol everyone frustrated with tony/support team like me have already stopped looking for this site for help. i rather go to ciggarc forums or their irc channel and ask questions than come here.. its a waste of time. you will just get even more mad if you come for help here.. and dont post threads like this.. all that will happen is, he ll close thread, then he ll ban you.

They need to fix their auth server, that'll solve most of the problems.

ok here an idea. whenever bot DISCONNECTS OR FUCKS UP,maybe have auto function to send the log automatically?

I had this idea too.

But guess how flooded they would be if everyone sent in a log every time the bot fucked up? (which would be every day all day)

So yeah you can forget them ever doing this.

I entirely understand your frustration with Tony, and I share some of your complaints (half the time he asks for a log, the log would not help in any way), but making a thread like this isn't really a smart way to go about it.
Publicly bashing a moderator, who has the power to ban you, on his forum, is not a bright idea.
If you have complaints, you should probably just send them to an administrator (or bossland, I don't know).
I get that you want to vent, but this thread isn't going to help anybody.

In the mean time.

You're welcome to post on our forums or ask us for help in IRC (#ciggarc on arg-irc.net). We can't help with issues such as session invalid, but we're fairly knowledgeable on DB in general so maybe we can be of assistance for other stuff :)

why did some many ignorant absent minded people purchase a bot ... it just doesn't suit there intellectual capacity...

your all baddies... 24/7 here no problems maybe occasional drop 1/50 games... re-logger fixes that. Pull your heads out of the supports ass and learn to fucking read.. not only will you figure shit out, but you will also gain knowledge which will last....

who the fuck would offer people support who behave like you people. REMEMBER SUPPORT IS FREE YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR IT... ALL YOU PAYED FOR WAS A KEY.

can you help the community out by telling us whats wrong with our bots? i think you are the only one who occasionally drop 1/50 games and run it 24/7 np.

maybe zip your db folder and upload it. so we can try your settings

edit: and you think everyone started out being an ass on the forums? the retarded support here is whats causing many trollish behavior

also i'd pay extra $10 for life time support THAT actually fixes/cares about your problems in a fair amount of time.. not weeks. please when db team has this offer let me know.
