"please enter your shop password before continuing"

When im about to log into honorbuddy, i get that message! "please enter your shop password before continuing"...
tried putting my pw into it, but doesn't help:S
 
use only the key on upper field and make sure there isnt a space before or after key
 
There is no Space at me still saying "please enter your shop password before continuing"...
 
wipe the info and type your key,dont copy paste
 
now it do this Logging in...

then probably start HB​
 
I've tried logging in many times and i keep getting this error message, there's no spaces before or after my key, same error every time. help?
 
a) is wow running?
b) are you logged in with your char, somewhere in the world?
c) is there an active session in the buddyauth?
d) is your key registered in your buddyauth? i mean, does it say you have (atleast) 1 purchased available key?
e) what honorbuddy version are you using?
f) is your wow up do date?
g) do you use the 32-bit client?
h) do you use directX9 @ wow?

Confirmed on all the points. WHY WONT MY KEY WORK?. so frustrated now that pandaria is around the corner..
Nwm im a retard. i just remembered i put in an extra "11" on the end in the document on my computer so none of my friends could "borrow" it without my knowledge.
still do my other key that i bought from a dude at ownedcore wont work. when i log in it says the sessions atached was just for one day but i know for a fact that i botted on that session for more then 3months.. suggestions?

Didnt realise that selling/buying sessions was allowed O_o you sure it is?
