Yes this is out side Everlock, just in the open. But i'm using a Beta 4 style profile, meaning i only add hotspot to the places the items / mobs are.

The log doesn't write any thing thing at the moment he walks up and down.
 
your just gonna have to run a little yourself to either of the quests

uhm, explain to me why your adding hotspots to the quests? it finds it anyways
 
well when i started making the profile it bugged out running up and down... so i thought he couldn't find the mobs... but now i see that wasn't the thing... il make another
 
no vendors tho, and cant tell if the 3rd quests works as i havent tested that one
 
i know whats happening, its just running back and forth on the path beside everlook. happened to me aswell, but very rare most times it would just do the quests
 
With me it always happens + not just there. Could i try out your profile plz?
 
as i said, no vendor and cant tell for sure if its gonna work with the 3rd quest. but give it a try

Again hes running up and down with your profile, im going to use a fresh install of HB, if that doesn't work, i'm going to try beta 3.

EDIT: with a fresh install i get:
- your profile: same problem at the same spots.
- my profile: haven't seen any thing wrong till now!

Still no problems with my profile... if that was the problem im really going to hit my self xD
 
well i still have the problem... i was just lucky last night... :S
 
i remember they had a quest one like this for ppather way back in glider days so im sure you can make it work
