Authorisation failed

New licence and Authentication failed!

Hello.

First of all I apologise for my english, It isnt my native lang.
2 days ago I bought 1 session 1 year license. I have problems with logging. All the time I have Authentication failed!' message.
- My firewall is turned off
- Its home network without router - dont need exceptions rules
- There is no active session which I can kill at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
- Attaching log is pointless:
[14:39:40.743 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.6396.497 started.
[14:39:44.223 N] Logging in...
[14:40:38.004 N] Authentication failed!

Can you help me?

I did exception in windows firewall, also i ulocked port. I uninstalled external fw/av. Nothing.
