hey jw whats the best profile on here to use without having the need of professions? excluding fishing ofc :].
whats the best profile for making gold without professions?

my pb dos not work and have tried all possible solutions i just cant seem to get it to work :S
Farming Wildfowl Breasts and converting them to the highest selling/lowest represent vegetable.
1 Wildfowl Breast sells for 8g on my server, so thats 160g for 20. This is how many you need to make a bundle of groceries.
1 Juicy Crunch Carrot sells for 20g on my server (Originally 15g until i bought out every single carrot and relisted something like 4000 at 19-22g each). For 20 Wildfowl Breasts (160g) you can get 25 Carrots (375g).
Thats 215g profit just for doing a conversion. I recommend using a grinding profile, grinding around 1000 wildfowl breasts (should only take around 10 hours on a decent profile) and converting them into 1250 Carrots. If you then sell all these carrots at 15g (may require some buying out/undercutting etc) you'll make approx 18750 gold, for 10 hours work. I let my char grind these breast while im at work or sleeping and completely control the vegetable market on my server!
You also find a large selection of blue items on these mobs that can be sold for a large amount (between 500-2.5k gold on my server) and I usually end up with 4-5 per 10 hour farming stretch. Not to mention all the green items you can ask an enchanter to disenchant/vendor.

Edit: To add to this, get exalted with Tillers ASAP for the 16 farming slots. With those 16 farming slots you can get 80 of any vegetable a day, which adds to your total profit (or 112 per day if you ask Jogu the drunk what to plant). Thats nearly another 2k gold per day just from farming.
Also Also, if you can be bothered to level alchemy (which is piss easy and cheap) you can learn a recipe called "Riddle of Steel" which is a zero cooldown Living Steel transmute. They're currently going for 1k on my server each, with trillium bars (3 needed to make them) going for 90g each (270g). Using a profile to farm Wildfowl I frequently end up with hundreds of motes of harmony, which i then use to make Living steel. So for 270g investment I make between 1-1.2k gold.
All in all, with the maths above (all be it this is server dependant) you're looking at this much gold for 1000 wildfowl breasts:
18750 for the converted breasts into carrots
2000 from the farmed carrots/vegetable of the day
3000 from living steel transmutes if you go for them
5000-10000 from blue drops
Roughly 28-30k per day if everything sells for 10 hours "work" which an be done whilst you're sleeping.
