can blizzard legaly sue us?

say there was some asian guy running 1000 bots, if blizz wanted to make an example out of him, could they? are we breaking the law? or is this only "blizzards law"?

It's unprecedented but possible.
 
i heard in korea they have a law against botting now, but they take games very seriously there. for the most part its not worth blizzards time suing anyone personally.
 
Its pointless sueing individuals, i mean they wanna sue where the source came from to prevent others buying it and or sharing the bot, hence why glider back in the day got hit becuase they were a company and got sued pretty hard, its the same example going on now with bossland, well they trying to sue him but looks like the judge is pointing favor our way :D

Didn't mean to imply you were wrong, was just adding on to what you were saying. But yeah, it's pretty pointless and not worth blizzard's time unless you have a bot factory in Irvine, CA grossing over 1mil a year.
 
No, they can ban your account. You are breaking their Terms of Service, not the law.
