Keep getting Auth Failed

I've tried about 20 Times, went through all the posts on the forums, ran the update program to update my .net and c+ files, updated to the latest HB, as well as opened port 5031 I continue to get the error, My key is good through March of next year. Please help.
 
seems like authentication servers are down, so your not alone. Got same probs
 
Yeah, ive read through everything, and they keep saying they arent. So, I'm not sure.
 
Mine also just stoped working. I was watching TV while botting on my Mage. I look back and seson invalid and not it wotn work anymore
 
Getting it to, but some times i can get in and when i do, it says Tilemap null

EDIT: Logs attatched, 4760 is when i get tilemap null and 4912 is when i cant logg in

I just bought honor buddy. I've downloaded it. i don't know how to update it or whatever. or if it's already updated since i just downloaded it. It also keeps saying authentication failed. i'm using my email that i made. so idk what im doing wrong either.
 
Same error on my end, wanted to grind out the rest of my PvP gear today! :(

Nothing to do with your account, just an issue with their server.

not sure if this will record it but i just paid for a day and logged for a bit, then kicked me off and now telling me authentication error, i have checked to make sure i have the latest version, worked fine yesterday and this morning.
 
Same error here, was botting overnight without a single problem, now since about an hour ago it seems, I actually manage to log in sometimes but the authentication failed error shows up in less than 5 minutes.

Glad it's not just me.

Do you use the same account name and password as the forums to log onto honorbuddy or do you use your authentication key? I just bought the program and I am not sure how to log in or if I am just have the same issues here.
 
again. cant upload any logs. aparently its too big. and I wont recieve any responce for my problem. yay!
