Can't log into Honorbuddy, just bought a license.

Hey.

I just bought Honorbuddy for 24,98? and I'm not able to use it. I'm able to log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal but it says that my key is "Unused / Inactive". How do I activate it? I use the code that I recived in the E-mail and no password at Honorbuddy. I think I've tried everything. I also created an account for Bossland GmbH , don't really know if that will make in difference. I've reed some threds here at the forum but I can't figure out what the problem could be. Please help me. I also added the "Logs" from the folder. It just say Authentication field, I even opened the ports in my firewall. Without results... I forgot to say that i downloaded the client 1 hour ago so I really don't think that is the problem.

I'm having the same problem. When i type in the code I got after buying into the HB application iteself it says log in failed.
 
add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus

also make sure you are not on a limited network and that port 5031 is open
 
It's allready allowed in the firewall and in AVG2012. I'm on a homenetwork and I don't believe it's limited. Going to check my router.
What do you think about the "Inactive" status at Buddy Auth Portal, can it have something to do with that? This sucks at the moment, I were going to bot and studdy at the same time :( That why it bought it.

My port is open, allowed in both AVG Firewall and Windows Firewall (tried with both activated and also with Windows Firewall turned off), the right key, no password. Still not working. 24,98€ for nothing. This sucks :(

uninstall AVG restart your machine and let me know
 
I reenabled Honorbuddy in Windows Firewall and now it's working. Thanks Tony.
