ArchaeologyBuddy not working for me [Help Please]

Can anyone help me with this problem. When I try to use ArchaeologyBuddy it just stands there doing nothing and the status it says loading tiles but it says this for hours. also i keep getting little messages from the bot saying that there is no data for Hawaiimainland or something like that.
please help me with this and I thank you guys for your time.

it didn't work for me at first either but after re starting it, it began to find dig sites.
make sure your in a region with dig sites on the map for you and hopefully it will work.
