Just purchased, Can't seem to authenticate.

Bossland GmbH does not allow me to log in either.

Can log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal though.

Interesting. Does it show you your session in BuddyAuth?
Your key should be in there too.
Make sure you use the key it shows.

It lists a key and an unused session with the appropriate key.

Copy that key and paste it into the top line of the login window only.
Leave the bottom line blank.

Excuse me density but am I supposed to enter the key somewhere else also? It seemed to have auto populated it's self in the buddyauth page.
