Should i bot while having a ticket open ?

Basicly i have a ticket open for different things on different characters for example on my main i sent money to the wrong person and im trying to get it back.

BUT

since averyage wait time for a ticket is 5 days it takes awhile, Should i bot or just wait untill he resolves ticket? orelse its 5 days without botting.

What would you do?
 
I had an open ticket while botting once, and I also had a auto-reply plugin...
So my bot answered the ticket with "Wat" ^^

I wouldn't recommend it.
 
Well, as long as you dont be AFK, you can stop the bot and reply. I dont see any problem there.
 
ive talked to gm's before while using lazy raider... didnt even bother to stop it. Aint no biggy.
 
I've woken up in the morning, forgot I had tickets open and just had a 'Hellooooo? oh well you're AFK, I'll send you an email' whisper box open. I shit myself though lol

they arent bot hunters, most of the GM's wont see what your doing just that you didnt respond. so if they can fix it then they will fix it.
 
There is a timer that shows when they will answer, be offline or monitor the bot when it is at nil. At least thats what I did :)
 
That's just an estimated time of response.
It can be longer or shorter.
 
i answered tickets while botting....

at first i stopped the bot, but it was on in the background, as in running processes.

when i noticed in the convo, this was not about botting, i pressed start and continued talking to a gm.

dont be so scared, but i wouldnt recommend it while being afk. Even so, gm's prolly handle 1-5 tickets each time

and they dont care if your there or not, could be afk, wanking or spanking your cat. They send you a mail right after

explaining somewhat what they where going to tell you.
 
I would say it's probably not the best idea but I've done it. I've had about 4 tickets answered while botting 2 accounts and afk. I guess it depends on your ticket and your luck
