trouble getting on the buddy auth

Hi all I just got honor buddy yesterday. I was able to create an account and log in. Today it says the wrong password. I cant seem to log in at all. I request a new password it doesnt take that either. I hope someone can help its been very frustrating all day I cant log in at all and I cant seem to fix it either. PLease hep

to log into honorbuddy (the program) you need to use your key, not the username and password you setup when you registered on the buddy auth website.
if you cant get into the buddyauth website, and you've already tried resetting your password, then you will have to send an e-mail to [email protected] so they can reset it manually.

I also have same issue as above! Cant use the sodtware - everytime i try log in to the program it says :
Shared seesions 0/0
invalid account details
authentication failed!

i did log into wow normally (in windowed mode)
log on my toon
run in direct x9

but still cant use the bot....

plz any advice or help will be well appriciated

yea I am fine and honor bussy is working great. Just cant log inot the auth at all. I emailed them thanks

you should've gotten a 20 character long Key in your e-mail after you bought honorbuddy.
run through the setup guide and see if you missed anything.

if your still having issues, please make your own thread in the support section, piggybacking and bumping other peoples threads doesn't help us support you.
