Singular Mage Revamped. (FROST)

Update looks really good. Just one thing, my toon for some reason isn't eating and won't use heal potions. He buys the food and i made sure i have everything checked off in the bot config. Any idea whats wrong? i heard something about mages needing a glyph or something?
 
That frost orb thing is interesting. I've got it set to the same priority as frost bolt and it won't even go out on single targets.

Do you mean frost bomb? Frost Bomb just needed "ret => Unit.UnfriendlyUnitsNearTarget(10f).Count() >= 0)," to get it working, why it's set to 0, I don't know as it would cast on single targets if it's set to 1.

Frozen orb needed the same parameter to get it working aswell, considering if I should place it to use if 2 or more enemies are there in the normal rotation, and change it to if it's singletarget for pvp? Any ideas there?

Hm, I've never actually been to the point of needing to eat as evocate at 30% -> Ice barrier normally keeps me well over the need of eating/drinking at all. I haven't made any changes in the cc for it to not eat or anything like that, so that's got to be a general bug with mages. I'll send you a message/post it here if I find out why this is happening. You could also ask in the support section, maybe someone found out a fix for that.

Thanks, I've searched through the forums and i couldn't really find a solid answer.
 
the new cc is working great, i just added a few things like cold snap and evo in the battleground CDs section and i added several spellsteals that so far are working very well, want to test them out alittle longer before i give you them, want to make sure we don't run out of mana even with the longer bg's when your lucky enough to stay alive for a while. So far though the spellstreals work great, keep stealing heals, which allow me to kill people easier and stay alive longer. Can't wait for the interrupts!

Just checking that counterspell works as intended, it seems to be doing allright so far so might update the cc with counterspell added ;)
 
ok after doing about 10 battlegrounds my personal verdict is that having this many spellsteals in frost works well, i wouldn't recommend it with arcane, but i think it's worth the mana usage. It maybe alittle low for some but my mana still stayed between 70% - 90% when which i think in frost is fine. Here is the list of spellsteals i have add to the cc the spelling and capitalization are correct so you can copy and paste.

Avenging Wrath
Blessing of Protection
Power Word: Shield
Ice Barrier
Legacy of the Emperor
Renew

If you wanted to play it safe with mana and don't want to decrease dps as much i would recommend you cut, Ice Barrier and maybe Renew if you needed to cut two. Ice Barrier isn't always stolen right away because of mage buffs and Renew is a hot on alot of people so it is stolen alot.

The second thing i would add for battleground combat would be to add Cold Snap and Evocation in the CDs section. Next after counterspell is done i think this will be the best PVP mage CC i've seen on the forums especially since it works so well for PVE as well. Just my suggestions, thanks again for your help!

Hey, firstly thanks for the changes you've made to this so far. Although the original is good its always nice to have some choice in the matter :). Secondly I have what could be a stupid question but having just returned to HB and wow after quite a break I'm not completely up to scratch on things yet. I'm working on getting my ravenholdt rep up for the insane title but my grinding is getting slowed no-end because the pull spell is frostbolt. As the mobs are only lvl 28-29 ice lance is what I mainly use to quickly 1 hit them and keep moving. Is there a way I can set my pull spell to be simply ice lance? and maybe disable the water elemental too pretty much useless in this situation too. I've tried looking through the code myself but cant seem to figure out where the pull rotation is. Also one last thing not class related but I hope you dont mind, is there a way I can disable looting? This is also slowing things down :(. Thanks for any help in advance :D
 
this overwrites the original routine that comes with the bot, to do so simply download the files and overwrite them in the following path YourBotFolder\Routines\Singular\ClassSpecific\Mage
 
Just loaded this CC into the default singular. Will give ya a report shortly!

After 2 BGS:
Worked really well. Managed to get 3rd on damage in the first bg which is great. Sometimes when my water ele is out of rang and it wants to use freeze, It will just stand there spamming freeze but wont manage to get the spell off due to the ele being too far.

Other than that it works great.

I've noticed this myself, and I'm looking into it. Should be fixed in the next release with updated spellsteals & counterspell.

This is new to me, if anyone else can confirm this is happening because of my cc that would be great.

mz0flick so far your CC working great but would like to ask you, what do I need to change to stop blinking ? Like to turn it off totally :)

only time i've had that problem is when i accidentally turned disable movement to true.
