Have run on the same comps with no changes since the bot came out
Constant losing connection recently

Im on 1.0.952.222
I have two bot characters... 80% of times its an act3 barb that has this error, the other 20% is the other character OR both at the same time
Both use same db version
Second session is the one we got for free after the blizzard court case
Windows 7
No firewall (disabled on windows), no antivirus, modern pc, 50mb fiber optic internet (pc is connected by cable to router)
No p2p software
Always worked 24/7 without errors and without babysitting until these days

Add that I flushed DNS on both comps and still the same problem
 
Running 3 bots, this is how it has been happening for me the last week or two weeks. (Been running fine some days).

I might get kicked off from one bot with invalid session. Now if I try to re-connect the DB three things can happen for me:

1. The session keeps being invalid.

2. I manage to login but one of my other bots running the same key gets kicked off (The DB client seems to take his session instead & kicks him out).

3. I manage to login but when starting the bot I receive an index error (It's a bit longer, sorry for not providing complete error).
In order to avoid this Index error after a session kick I need to shut down DB & start it again. (This way no index error is given).

So what I have to do is restart DB & wait for about 10-20 minutes before logging in again. This in order to be sure that no other bot gets kicked off.

lets be fair.

it did got fixed.. partly then..
i used to get the error near every 20 minutes. ( session invalid i guess no log is needed, come on )
now its (only) once an hour sometimetimes it even lasts 2 hours!!!
..

i do not have to repeat the purpose of a bot here to these fine people.... who all try to live a normal life while the bot does the job for them.
me ... i have 4 lifetime sessions . this means i would have to stay @ home quit my job and stuff, to make sure the bots run all the time ( as was originaly intended )
ofcourse thats not going to happen.

now i can take a little joke now and then..

how would you like it if you buy something for your son in a store ... you open it and its broken you go back to the store to complain/get your moneys worth... and the shop owner says... it is fixed... while you clearly see it isnt.. sow you go on.. and he says... i never want to see you here again.. chuw chuw... sounds rediculous?? well thats what is happening here....

sow what i would love to see even before a fix ( because yes a fix IS needed) is a more professional attitude towards even the unreasonable under us..
becouse when faced with the same problems in a baught product over and over again.. and beeing said its you not us over and over again.. i guess you guys ( devs and moderator ) would get unreasonable to. hell you guys get allot of cash from us and are sometimes truely truely unreasonable.

afther that.. i would love to hear a deadline. if its 2 weeks fine i dont care...
but do aknowledge that there is a problem.. then find it and fix it.

i would love to see a well constructed post back.. in a DESCENT way.. couse i promise you guys this.. i am not the only one with 4 acc i know allot of people.. and when i start to pull the plug.. you pissed off the wrong customer. i hope i do not have to explain this any further.

you guys i think i have said everything.. that is going through your minds as well. i therefor ask you guys to lay back.. stop complaining for a while and see if the handle the situation they way they would love it when it was the other way arround.
i ( if i were them ) wouldnt like to swallow my pride and read this myself.. but i would undertake some serious action.

I want to know why jimjohnson is now banned. Was it because he complained and accused the mods of "being wrong" about something they are clearly wrong about?

Enough is enough, I'm going to charge-back the 9 sessions i just got unless this is fixed in the next couple days and their is some type of public apologies\compensation.

It's amazing how good you guys have been at destroying your own bot and community. I used to be a big fan but now I'm eagerly waiting to give my money to the next bot company that shows up.

i had warned in my previous post... ( read above ) i had asked for a well constructed post back.. none came... the customers kept their end en kept quiet for some hours.. but no statement comes.. it seems they just dont care.. me and about 20 other people with lots of combined keys/ accounts are leaning towards the same action and a snowball effect WILL occur this will cost serious cash.

read my post again and take action before your system collapses on your selves. ( to the DB team )

So a paying demonbuddy customer, community supporter and year long forum member is banned for 6 months because of an angry outburst in the general forum where he said a "curse word" and mentioned another bot after Demonbuddy has been down for weeks? As a community manager, you didn't think closing the thread, muting him for a day, and sending him a pm explaining the rules and apologzing for the current problems with your bot wouldn't have been a better strategy?

Remember, every new version has been a step backward, all the mods do is close threads claiming problems are fix when they arn't, there is no way to download (older) working DB builds, if a thread is answered by a mod its unhelpfull and demeaning and usually involves doing several pointless tasks untill you get ignored, promises like random dungeons\afkability\timelines are consistently broken, and even the general the framwork of the bot is poor and clunky. But lets not forget last week, but to remind you

The only reason im here, continually buying keys, is because of Giles, rad and the rest of the community that made this sub-par bot managable. However; I pay bossland inc. all my money (several hundred by now) so how about you stop banning forum members and fix these damn problems?

Many of us are simply going to leave if this continues.

we are here for the communication between you and Devs,that its a part or our responsibilities

so when the devs saying its fixed its what we transfer here on boards...

Amazing, 10 minutes after I post this another 100% unusable version of demonbuddy went live.

I would expect a few more angry outbursts in general chat Tony. Hopefully their will still be a couple of us left when your done.

I ran this bot for literally less than 3 minutes and I get an error. This has been on going for the past 2-3 weeks and I've been very patiently waiting. I've had this bot for less than 2 months and it used to run 100% fine with no errors but now the most I can bot is about 15 minutes before an error occurs. I did not change my setup or my computer when it ran smoothly till present, so it just seems very unlikely that it is something on my end since the only thing that did change was DB (updated), Giles plugins replaced by Giles trinity, and old profile manager replaced by RadsAtom profile changer. Thanks.
