Probably a nub question but what am I doing wrong?

Are you running the 64 bit client?
HB only supports 32 bit.
 
read though the setup guide and make sure you have everything up to date.
 
I've also noticed this intermittently. Closing and attempting to reattach allows it to work most of the time.

i was going to post that. glad i dont have to.

read the setup guide (first link) and follow all the steps

then if your still having issues post a full log as an attachment, (second link)

iom on a fully updated everthing .. and im still getting this error , tried about 50 times closing and restarting which usually worked but it's not working now

Ive got 32bit grayed out is that okay?Im on 32bit win7 anyway so cant use anything else....And whenever I restarted PC and runed again it worked ..but now it just wont...And WoW client doing some upgrades thats 5mb big..hmm ?
 
I guess whenever my client updates u need to get new update out,how will I know that uve got new update out?:Z and that its working ?with newest client version?or ?:Z (client changes wow version I guess 2)

And just tell me when its available to update hb so I can start it :( before my key has ran out :/ as all is working as intended and all is good,only this when client upgrades :/...Soo that is 100% I guess :/ as I folowed and got new hb tried it and same thing happens
 
All is good,dunno when u updated HB but thats nice how u updated it fast,which means ure tracking stuff and not just made HB and dont care abt it,will tell friends abouth it,thanks
