having this problem now. "Max Sessions" is reported sometimes, even though I have no active sessions.. its like the previously crashed demonbuddy is still an active session or something. There is no window or process that I can find to close however...
Really would like my session count bumped up to 2 or 3 to solve this problem when it happens.

looks like while you are trying to log on portal our server releases your session
thats something that cant change

i dont know why the support think that its our problem. a few versions before it worked perfect.
but now i have to shutdown my firewall ( I DONT EVEN HAVE ONE) or install some shit Visual C++ (AGAIN)

it worked before, so its your update on hb ... but yeah, i restart my router -,-

open your own thread including your log files plz and we will check it

Honestly, what a joke. I've seen you close pretty much every thread on the subject in some type of condescending tone, and yet its been almost 2 weeks and little progress has been made it fix the problem. Every botter I have talked too the past week knows the servers are still having major problems with logins and disconnects. You guys obviously don't use your own bot.

To sum things up for you tony, we have put up what alot of bullcrap regarding this bot and that has come with ALOT of downtime. To those of us that bot multiple accounts 24/7, we also pay you guys alot of money. I would also like to remind you that with demonbuddy, in the end it was the community that saved your bot. Your pompous tone is completely undeserved. I think all of us can tolerate a few hicups, but when you fail to provide such a basic level of support while continually alienating the community -I think many of us feel cheated.
 
He is right, you do come off as condescending and unhelpful.
some people aren't always the most inviting or sympathetic at times but Tony does a really good job assisting people with their problems in a timely manner, believe me i know i have had him help me countless times as i have learned how to use this program. for the size of the team administrating this program they do a pretty damn good job. i've been trying to help out some with what little i know to return the favor.
 
Flushed out my dns... but doubt it fixes the problem. I am sure i will come home from work with them all with a session invalid.j

Ya, it didnt work came home to each of my bots with a session invalid error. Can you guys fix plz :(

auth failed... auth failed...auth failled... sometimes it takes two - three attempts to just log into the bot and get it running before I get the session invalid between 30 mins - 4 hours into the botting session .

Same here, rebooted pc... login failed / invalid session bla bla... happens so random... it worked all night and now it happens every hour

Sometimes i manage to get past the demonbuddy "insert product key" window... when i click "NO" on the newer version found demonbuddy closes itself...

There has to be something happening, and no its not firewall because i dont have any

It happened to me twice, briefly. But I kept trying to log in, and it went away.

Yeah i keep trying and sometimes i manage to get past the demonbuddy "insert product key" window... when i click "NO" on the "newer version found, do you want to update" window demonbuddy closes itself...

There has to be something happening, and no its not firewall because i dont have any
 
Same problem here, auth failed and when it auths DB just closes (with the last version)
