Help, Can't get HB to run right !

As the title says nothing I do gets HB to working I am not a dev so not sure what im looking at here are the last few logs i have. Thanks in advance for any help!

Already deleted settings folder numerous times reinstalled HB and currently updated as well.

Hey Tony so far so good with the CLU. Thanks brochacho for sticking with my thread much appreciated will keep yah updated.
Questing at 68 in LK no problems as of yet. kinda freezes to long in one spot after kills or when a quest is completed but whatever I can deal with that issue.
