I do not understand what is going on at this point, but both of your bots are running like shit. I have HonorBuddy and DemonBuddy both, and they are BOTH requiring more of my time trying to search for fixes than it takes to just play the damn things myself. I have been a Honorbuddy customer for quite some time and have never seen this many problems /w the lack of support attached. I really do not agree that a valid reply to alot of these issues is Tony jumping around the forum giving everyone a link to reporting bugs. Guys, you have hundreds of bug reports by this point but the bots seem to be getting worse and worse.
I think its time for you guys to take some overtime and get these damn issues fixed in a timely manor, start working with the people that are trying to work with you to figure this out. I'm to the point that I'm worried that you guys are slowly but surely edging your way away from these problems (Possibly an over speculation). We have all seen bots come and go, and a lot of them have the same pattern with tapering off from support and things going down hill. I do not feel that you guys are providing the customer support that your company should be during this time. Its time you get back to the professional swing that you have been at for so long and get these issues worked out, or start compensating people for the time they have paid for but are losing, defiantly those who have not paid for Lifetime. We all want the same thing, a working bot, so perhaps put a little more effort into getting out there with the COMMUNITY and giving more updates than you have been.
