1.05 Advice? Warning? Stop buying Crit Chance/Dmg Amulets/Rings?

Or, you can buy now, and you will more than payoff that what 5-8M extra gold in the days untill the patch comes out. No, lets just keep that slot empty, and w8 for patch :D
 
Thanks for the new latest info. I'll use vendor rings and amulets instead to save me a few mil gold, although I would probably be gimping myself but you know, savings!
 
Interesting info in that post is that monsters in all inferno acts will have the same drop rates in MP1 and beyond. I guess A3 still has more elite packs though

a3 dosn't have more elites, but now loot depened on monster lvl so even with the same drop table u will have all(or much more) mobs/elites lvl63 in a3, than in a1 and a2. But still a1/a2 easier so it might be efficent to play monster lvl5-6 in a1/a2 instead of playing lvl1-2 in a3 with the same gear.

MP1 makes every mob + elite in any act lvl 63. Where to farm is simply the fastest with the highest density of elites!
 
If you have good rings, don't buy, if you don't and you can afford them do buy. Just remember you will have to sell at a loss in 1.05.

A1 only has many elites in Cathedral and Halls of Agony. I can name at least 10 sucky static areas with sparse Elite density.
 
To be honest you may as well apply this to all gear except legendarys, 80% of loot will be better post 1.05 than it was in 1.04.

I was thinking of selling all my gear, pre-patch, but seems a pointless exercise given we don't know the patch date yet.
 
But the random switch of stats only affects legendaries . not much of a big deal ?

If the gear is bringing you at $10 worth of profit per bot per day -> Don't sell it

Else just sell it and downgrade to farming gold.
 
Woah someone just bought a ring from me, it had low primary stat and vit, then it had attack speed, crit damage and crit chance. I really didn't expect even a tenth of what I got for it :O
