problem about turn in quest

hi guys, I have got some problem when turn in the quest. it keeps talk to the NPC again and again but does not choose the loot and complete the quest. I have never used any plugins. Anyone can tell me what I can do to solve this?

Posting the complete log to look up which quest it is? Eventually this is getting more specific information about it for reproducing.

i have post all the log here, it happens to a lot of quests rang from 1 to 85. it maybe related with lag, my pin is 350 to 550

I don't see a link to the attached log. I have had the same problems. When the devs want to reproduce it to fix this issue, every hint is needed to do so.

by the way, what is your pin? I think it is related to the pin because when i use the software on the eu wow, every thing is ok(test for about 100 quest). but when i use it on the tw wow, the pin goes to 350 and then the problems appear again.

confirm this is related to ping issue. I'm running with 2 account in 2 different realms. the one with 300 ping below working fine, but the one with 400+ ping keep turning quest and stuck. The weird thing this happen after new update HB

if you're having latency issues, install Leatrix Latency Fix (google it)

it took my ping in Europe down from 450-600 to 100-150 (wow us servers)

in SWTOR too

damnit... still wont work, i downloaded the xml and put in the correct spot. Please check my log..

Even tried with another routine.. :/ no wow addon interfering
