Banned 4/4 Running Act 3 Champs only -US

Vmware, changing your IP no one has any proof it matters. I've had 4/6 on the same PC banned and weeks later on the same PC 1/5 banned yet all were running at the same time. I don't use VM its a waste of space. Random is random people VM or not you will eventually get caught.
What I tend to do is see ban reports from EU after that I stop botting for a week on my US accounts because EU has always gotten hit before US does it matter ? Probably not but my current bots are over a month old 4 of them from the 1/5 that got banned a month ago.

get about 6 new ip addresses that work relatively well
get socks5cap
change IP address of each diablo3 connection.

Hi, if you're up too it could you explain to me like im 5 what you are talking about "were they all on 1 IP? Were u running VMware and if using VMware, did you have separate client ID's for each copy of diablo or were they all just copy and paste of the .MPQ files?" Cause i have my mule on the same PC with just a copy and pasted D3 running in the back and im scared now

Lol well i guess scared wasnt the right Im new to this and am slowly learning just how random and little we really know about bands on thses fourms, was just trying to seek out a bit of extra knowledge.

Changing your IP every 6-8 hours looks like you are TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING. Crap like this would throw up red flags for me and make me want to review the accounts in question that are IP hopping.
Probably less then 1 % of the D3 population have legit reasons to have a new IP every 6-8 hours. And those do not play for 6-8 hours straight then change to a new IP then play for another 6-8 stint.
You guys just make more work for yourself trying to avoid the system.
Would you say that it's safer to cycle shifts between 2 accounts on 1 PC than it is to bot a single account 24/7? The IP and HWID will be the same, but each bot will only run for a max of 12 hours a day.
I'm hoping that blizzard will not flag you for having 24/7 gameplay coming from a single IP/HWID and that they check gameplay per account.

What if I have family that lives in New York (where my proxies are located), that want to hop on my account and play when im not using it? Totally legit excuse right? Now I can run my bot 24/7 (which i have been doing the past week) and it looks like I have a valid excuse.
EDIT- the point is, go big or go home. If you're going to bot, do it 24/7. There's no point in running them 12 hours a day or whatever, because you're still botting lol. Running 24/7 my bots have already paid for themselves and it's only been 4-5 days. At this point, anything I make from now on is pure profit. Whether that lasts one more day til I get banned, or 3 more weeks, I dont know, but I'm gonna bot the shit out of this game while I'm still not banned.

No, no, no! You are totally missing the point. This is not litigation. This is not a democracy. If blizzard flags you, you will be manually researched. Since you are, in fact, running a bot, you will subsequently be banned. The ONLY metric that matters is flying under the radar. Having an alibi means absolutely nothing.
It's funny but I really think the only way to get flagged is when you sell shit. 1 item or a 100 it doesn't matter. I think blizzard really only cares about that activity.
I know this isn't WoW but I botted 3 years usually 24/7 and never once got banned. They can't ban based on playtime as there are some odd motherfuckers out there that wear diapers to continue a raid sprees.

One thing to understand, is that blizzard cannot enforce a ban unless they catch you in the act. As in, a game master joins your server and then 'ghosts' you to see how you behave ingame. This is their process with WoW, and more than likely their Diablo 3 process. It doesn't hurt to bot 24/4 with 3 days off, in random orders. It definitely cannot hurt, if you are looking to keep your stuff (not botting for profit).

Everyone has their opinions, and remember, that is what they are. I defy all of these rules. This game sucks PERIOD as we are all well aware and i stopped caring. Right now I bot 8 accounts 4 on each computer and the only software I use is ISOBOXER. I run them all 24/7, no breaks unless DB crashes. I sell RMAH on ALL of them, I have done this since the bot came out. I did this for over 14 accounts on WoW and NEVER EVER got banned. I sold gold on wow, I posted mass auctions non stop on each account, simply because I don't care about losing my shit. I won't buy D3 again, nor if I had gotten banned with WoW would I have purchased that again.
I started botting because of how terrible the content was on WoW and how Blizzard kept catering to the shitty kids. Which, they are doing again in Diablo. So I quit caring. Getting banned now doesn't matter, and I truly think, why would Blizzard ban me? I make them a shit ton of money. Last week a lone one of my accounts sold almost $1,500 on the RMAH. They got 15% of that. Why ban me when I make you money? Seems silly. So please, don't go blaming one reason or the other. I run Act 3 24/7 on 6 accounts and I gold farm on 2 and I never have been hit in any ban wave. It's truly random I believe. I am with those who said get what you can get while you can get it. I know I will, this bot has paid for my kids Christmas presents already, 1 of their brithday parties and almost enough for our Tahoe ski trip. Ohh, plus, JUST ONE of these accounts, full supplies the funds for my SEO campaign on Google for my company. How about them apples?

You sir are my hero. i would very much like to understand how many people are making this kind of money off of this bot. if there r any tips u could give me to get me to your point i will be buying many bots and D3 keys in the coming weeks.

It's not a simple easy task. I mean you're relying on randomness. However, since the gold market has crashed to what, 59 cents today? I take the gold I get from farming and buy items I know I can sell on the rmah. I use a system for that as well.
If you're having a problem wondering how to have more than one paypal account. Then you'll never understand a formula for making money on the RMAH. Either that or you're a broke ass basement dweller with no money, no bank account, and no credit cards or a WIFE which helps double whatever you want to open. So maybe instead of being angry you're botting all day to upgrade your main and still having issues. Think outside the box and go get yours like I do mine. I'll await your next half witted, angry retort.
