Default "ePriest" priest.cs not healing ?

Hi, as the title indicates im the default priest.cs is not healing my char in combat

im using the beta version and loaded the Ojcamero's 1-60 Questing so far my nightelf priest is lvl 5 but everytime i get 2+ mobs on me i die because it wont heal, even though the Lesser heal is in my quickbar.

is there anyone that know how to fix this ?

there is noone that know how to fix this because you didn't post a log.

well, bumping this maybe someone will come along with knowledge how to fix it.
 
There something wrong in the file .cs , can anyone experimented see that?
