authentication failed

first time ive had this problem. go to login and it simply says "authentication failed". no point in attaching a log, as the log says the exact same thing with no other information.

EDIT: just tried to login again and got a error message. here is the log.

EDIT2: lets me log in now with no errors. not sure whats going on

im getting this frequently too, i just clicked it about 5 times and it finally logged in, noticed HB has diconnected about 4-6times in the last hour also
