Authentication failed

Hi,

I have been trying for 2 days to get HB to log in.

I have followed ever step in each of the guides and keep getting Authentication failed

I have checked my buddy auth portal and it says my key is active. I have hand typed and copy pasted the key but nothing changes.

thanks for any help you can give me.

update your Hb

Ya i did that 5 days ago and as far as i can tell the HB file name hasn't changed since September 12. I don't know what to do further.
I have followed the "A quick Hb guide/presentation for a fast setup" to the letter and still cant get past the authentication.
Oh well i'm gonna give up for now and come back after MoP comes up and try again.

when i tell you to update Hb it means that a new version is out
Hb gets updates daily


so grab the latest version and let me know

The bot download link on the main page takes me to test release 5.0.x and is has the same upload date and file name as I have seen since last week.
Am I downloading the right file?

v2.5.6211.431

Just tried it again and no luck
 
There's no reason to wait weeks. Once you download the latest version, it should work fine. When it doesn't; run it as administrator. If that doesn't work, disable your firewall and try. If that doesn't work, restart your computer. Make sure that you're logged into World of Warcraft, and are able to move around and cast spell ingame, or it will not work.
