"Authentication Failed" Whenever trying to login

I've been using HB for a while now without any problems and I love it, since it's been down for MoP I stopped using it of course because it was down. Now that there is a test version up, whenever I try and login, tried running as Admin and everything possible.... It gives me "Authentication Failed." error.
 
same here 3 sessions. Please let us know what needs to be done, I would hate to have to do charge backs just to rebuy lol.
 
okay I jumped the gun, forgot to try a fresh install did that and I am golden. please all higher ups please disregard I was being an ass.

I tried that three times with no luck, weird :/.

I am having the same issue. I just bought the bot, i am registered and did the authentication process. When I try to load the bot it states "Invalid Account Details [14:12:53.038 N] Authentication failed!".
I have checked the user name spelling and password several times and it is the same one I am logging onto the forums with..... PLZ help!
 
having the same issue with 1 of my lifetimes. Problem is there is nothing special to see in the log tony.

only that will show up 342423x...
 
also on a side note, once logged in to auth portal I don't see any sessions active thus the system is confused.

I've checked the account details over and over, even reset my password and re-downloaded HB several times. Must be something else..
 
my account worked fine last night, there isnt any reason it shouldnt work today unless, someone hacked my buddy account again. i dont think this is the case. are the bossland servers down? this seems like too common of a problem to just be an invalid username password combo or a port issue.
 
Is it weird i cannot see my key(s) or sessions in the buddy auth portal page?
