Grind vs PvP Singular

I have been doing BGbuddy for a while and its working amazingly well in singular. But when I switch to go into grinding as singular all it does is constantly drop searing totem. Anyone else getting this issue?

I am using a Shaman in elemental form at the moment.

This is my log. Is there a way we can change searing totem into lava burst so it can one shot the mobs instead of searing totem casting it to death?
