Auth Failed, Help!

I have read alot of the other posts but it just seems to be of no help, from them i got, you have 2 register at some new website? I did. I tried used that UN/PW from that website, it did not work, i tried using just my HB key, and it did not work, i checked my Auth Portal, says my key is active and good to go, but still wont work!!

I keep getting authorization failed!!

can someone help me?

**I use Windows XP, i have updated my C++ and Framework to the standards that are mentioned on the forum. Admin Priv, is not a concern, i turned off my firewall and antivirus.

Yah ive done all of that, it didnt work. Still getting auth failed.

looks like something is blocking Hb

add an exception in your firewall and check your antivirus as well

are you on a limited network or something?

I will completely removed avg i guess, but its turned off. so is firewall

Is my cdkey activated correly? my buddy auth says it is.
