I know I just started using, but it has run great for me. Just bought a second account so it can run my main. Discovering I like botting way more than the game. Wasn't a Hawker a community dev on glider back in the day? Glider was the same way, merc kept it running and the community built new features like ppather
we've tried to emulate the community experience of glider. if you remember, almost the entire bot was community based. all that came with the bot was 2 profiles, a night elf level 1-5 grinding and some other one, and very very basic custom classes that did one spec, and where pretty not good to use, in order to get you to buy thier premium subscription, and pay $5 a month. you gotta also remember the only real thing it did was grinding, to get it to do anything else you would of had to spend money on other addons to get it to do pvp.
all those things you guys have hated and we have had to change. now our bot, can pretty much stand on its own for almost anything you wanna do out of the box, not only that but we support just about every aspect of the game, not just grinding and we've had to invest in a customclass that can deal with whatever a user will toss at it, both in terms of character customization and in terms of the scenarios it would find itself it. not only that, but where as glider would of cost you upwards of $20 just to use a decent CC, we're only charging you $60 (ish, theres currency issues) for a bot you can use till they decide to shut down wow, that can do 100 times more then glider ever could.
now, people are like "why arent you guys updated, it would of only taken glider a week" its because we have a few thousand more lines of code we need to update, its a complicated bot, that only makes things more complicated by the fact that when blizzard has an issue, we have to code around it. as for the community, we've been "out sourcing" as much as we can, kicks now on the team making profiles and whatever we need him to do, Highvolts is now working on the team for PB and Dungeon buddy. rahus came in as a CC dev and went to someone they trust working on the HB core. so the best people in the community are already on payroll, and EVERYONE is working as hard as they can get everything finished.
oh and btw, people are just bitching about release dates, but not only have things been updated but they are being improved as well, one thread i kept seeing every 2 weeks is the ability to re-compile CC so you dont have to restart honorbuddy every time, and that is implemented. as well as DX11 support, and about a dozen other things that people have been bitching about.
