I do wish they post an update soon so that the rest of us who have a brain can wait a little bit before starting up again. You know they are watching this like a hawk and they will start noticing that people haven't been playing around the clock. And the first group of bots that start running around the clock are gonna get smashed with that ban hammer.

So by all means, fire em up, let it run, don't come bitching because you were too goddamn impatient to wait.
 
i'm afraid that same thing, same delay come with mop.... bot down many weeks.....
 
If you all only knew all the coding behind HB then you might understand why it is down, do you want your accounts banned, cause if its not done right they will get banned. Its better to do it right the first time then have to re-do it over and over. Plus Blizzard does not release all of the info necessary on the PTR to do the proper coding, why do you think addon's are constantly updated.
 
I pay for a service, if is illegal or not is my business but when i pay i want a nice service! i dont know, developer think is fun without release any info?? but is not. How can u defend such a comportament?? They get my money in the same time that i have buy my lifetime not like on friday on some random hour

This is why I've been using a more simple bot in the mean time just to keep my characters online for about 4 to 6 hours every day (what I did with HB). It won't do BGs or quest for me (like HB), but I can pick up quests on my own and then let it run around in the field and kill some mobs.

yes and may be it could be a good thing to first make a good hb update and when it's done to make a brand new bot....i think it's an error to make both in same time...

Sadly, my playing habits haven't really altered much, if at all. The only difference is that I feel all carpal tunnel-y and I have a huge pile of dishes that needs washing.

I been with HB for half a year almost and I can say the money was well worth and I don't care if the bot has to be down 1-2weeks its well worth the out come of a smooth running bot vs the other company's who bots suck like hell and would you rather the dev to be Writing updates or writing code to get the bot updated so shut up stop the QQ and let them work!
 
i guess an update culd just be nice, but like i see in this forum when u ask for that look like u are a idiot. What is strange in to know about a service that people use? i dont know really. U can make the best bot ever but this is not the way taht u treat your costumer. Without think about that we are talking about a bot for a game but just a service, like a mechanic or like that. Look it in this way and maybe u understand that when someone complain about update, are right.
 
it would still be nice if we weren't kept in the dark. i dont care how long it takes for the bot to be back up but some updates from time to time would be nice that way we can plan our day accordingly and you don't have a ton of people bitching on the forums.
 
What utterly baffles me is that so many companies on the internet have terrible expectation management.
There's nothing wrong with delays in my opinion, but scooting past deadlines without mentioning a reason is a perfect recipe for a disgruntled customer base.

Did it occur to any of you that the business that designed these bots probably have other bots that are more of a priority to fix. There are bots out there that were good to go within 3-4 days after the patch came out. Remember you pay by day here or you get a life time. There is no monthly or annual fee here like other websites offering the same kind of bots. In the end this bots business will start running dry because people will buy life time. So why not make a new bot and charge monthly and annual fee's? That would bot would be a priority to reprogram. Not flaming, just speculating.

Couldnt have said it any better myself, i think it wrong how they have left us in the dark and come on its not that hard to come on and say sorry guys we are gonna need a few more days.

A response would be nice HB to what is going on.
 
so it's late now, brand new bot is not for today....bot is as us, lost in a big cloud.....
