I may have done the bot wrong. I bot on my main account, and i am only making 50k-90k gold per hour and lot of items. Those items are not selling for a fair price. I am wondering what to do, and how all of you bot on D3.

P.S I was using a 2h barb decently geared in act 1 champ farming.
 
When champion farming, you are not supposed to be getting a lot of GPH.
Download the Giles stash replacer so you can customize what items your bot will pickup.
 
Alright thank you :) Is there a way you sell the items? like half market value? or is there a bot that can do that for me?
 
What I do is let the plugin sell the trash, and it will put decent items in your stash. But honestly most of the 'decent' items it will put into your stash will be garbage as well so just sell those off and sell the good items according to their value on the AH (which you get from seeing how much similar items are selling for).

I do this but mostly put them up for auctions starting at the lowest possible bid, if its worth it it usually gets bid up to about what it's worth
 
Ah alright thanks :) Do you get frequent buys? Because i had some nice pieces that didnt sell well...o well its not like i worked hard for em...maybe dropping the price would still do me good lol
 
If something doesn't sell well I just keep dropping the price until it sells.
 
Awesome :) im also trying to raise money by selling gold on the RMAH for college. How much should I be making per account per week? month? and how many should i own? (~$1.39 per million gold)

well how much you make depends on a few things, i'd suggest getting a couple more accts and gearing them up. I'd do a Barb or Monk ( i do a barb ) and while farming act 3 on my bots i normally get a couple of legendarys per day, and those sell better than gold. But getting the gear / the MF will cost you a lot of gold.
I also belive people doing act 1 farming say about 5-10 per day per bot.

Gearing for act 2 is still relatively cheap, and has been netting me 5-7 euro's a day per bot. It also helps the bots earn 150-175k gph, which is still 2m a day :)

I'm running act 3 btw, and so far had like 4-5 legendary's between 2 bots in 2 days. All crap. And all items we're crap too, maybe some 1m items, 2-3 or so. Terribly bad luck I guess...
 
I tried act 3, but my bot would kill the adds in the beginning of a3 that come out of the witch doctors or w/e that produces mini adds. It wasn't very efficient lol.

I would farm for items and not gold. You can hit it big with items. Where as you sell gold for $1.70 per mill and u get jacked on 30% fees. I don't think selling gold alone will even cover the cost of electricity lol

The gold it's getting is just a bonus :) And electricity isn't a concern ;) Nor is the hardware...

EU rmah isn't really good, it only sells the best of the best items. So far the most money I've made is from selling gold I earned by selling stuff on the gold AH.
